Areas of Application:
GreenTec Clean serves as a replacement for solvent-based cold cleaners, does not evaporate, and does not cause unpleasant odors or harmful fumes. Removes grease, oil, and wax-like soils. GreenTec Clean can remove all common types of soiling in manufacturing and maintenance. GreenTec Clean is more effective than conventional cleaning agents on the following types of dirt or coatings: long-term preservation coatings (e.g., Tectyl), tar, bitumen, lanolin, rosin, lettering, felt-tip pen markings, and solid lubricants containing molybdenum disulfide (MoS). Equivalent cleaning performance is achieved on the following types of dirt: oils, greases, lubricants, cooling lubricants, dust, dirt, metal shavings, and similar materials. GreenTec Clean leaves a thin residual film that serves as temporary corrosion protection.
Instructions for use:
Remove coarse dirt from the surface to be cleaned. Spray onto the parts to be cleaned from a distance of approximately 20 cm and allow to work. Then remove the dirt with a cloth or suitable tool. For particularly stubborn dirt, repeat the process and extend the contact time.
